WhyWaitWexford Data Protection Policy (GDPR) – The goal of this data protection policy is to depict the legal data protection aspects in one summarising document. It can also be used as the basis for statutory data protection inspections, e.g. by the customer within the scope of commissioned processing. This is not only to ensure compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but also to provide proof of compliance.
Preamble
WhyWaitWexford Data Protection Policy (GDPR) – As part of our daily duties and services offered, we often receive sensitive customer data such as email addresses, passwords, WiFi passwords and other sensitive information. Typically we would receive this data via WhatsApp or in person.
Security policy and responsibilities in the company
- All data received is deleted as soon as the service offered has been completed
- As a Sole Trader, the only person with access to client data is Michael Vince Jackson who is solely responsible for the data and execution of this policy
