The customer is an Estate Agent and wanted to upgrade their office PCs, backup and secure their data, utilise modern software and add internet security to their environment.
I surveyed the site and provided recommendations categorised by Critical, Recommended & Optional. The customer made their choices and I ordered the equipment and returned to site where first I backed up all their data, then installed new PCs, Monitors & Keyboards, Office365 & AVAST Internet Security.
I showed the customer how to use everything and even added the capability for them to take pictures on their phone which synchronise via OneDrive enabling the staff in the office to immediately upload the pictures to their website. I will now provide ongoing support to them and their environment.
